NGO Primavera
Primavera read more is a small international NGO (10 experts) based in Ukraine dealing with sustainable land and water use, rural development and integrated land- and water- management.
Primavera is matchmaker and change agent between top-down policies of central planning towards stakeholder guided developments and activities, for instance with recently founded Territorial communities.

The strong point of Primavera, apart from deep knowledge of Ukrainian water and land use problems, is its strong network in the Ukrainian Territorial communities, as well as in multilevel government and knowledge institutions with a strong position in the NL-Ukrainian network. Primavera has a practical and transparent approach to come up with solutions.
